As a lover of all things health, fitness, and fun related, I often review products and events. I enjoy discovering new things and sharing my opinions with my readers. Remember, they are my opinions.
When choosing things to review, I take careful consideration into wether or not it will be beneficial to my readers. I’m often contacted by companies to do these sort of reviews and I will never review something I don’t believe will be beneficial to my readers.
If a company is compensating me for my review (wether with money or free product) I will always state that and will often link to the business. Again, the opinions are my own and money nor product will sway my opinion. If I do not like something, I will clearly state that.
FTC Rules on Sponsored Conversations
#ad: denotes that a brand has paid me to copy and paste a specific message and share it with little or no modifications
#spon: denotes that I have been compensated for a blog post BUT the message is my own
#freebie: denotes that a product was sent to me — solicited or not — free of charge (in some cases, it’s in exchange for a review and in many cases, it’s just for me to try out with no expectation of review)
